How could I shutdown different servers on my network?

I have two UPSes on my network. The new one has a serial port to communicate with the main server, and to shutdown it. The old UPS doesn't have a serial port.

The problem is that, I can shutdown the servers connected to the new UPS when the power goes off for a long time, but the server connected to the old UPS can't get halted.

The question is: !! Is there a script to shutdown the other hosts on the network that aren't connected to this UPS?

I could activate this script through Powerchute plus installed on the server connected to the new UPS!!.

I'm Using Red Hat 7.3

Thanks
