home directory in windows


Well I want to acess my home directory from windows with samba.
samba it up and runnning and I can connect to shared directories from linux to windows with the command "smbclient \\comp_name\shared_dir_name -U username" tho in the other way I can't :S
In network places I see the computer running linux but I can't access it either.

in your smb.conf file, there is a section for your home directory that starts out like this: [home]. Under browseable it is equal to no. Change it to yes. Then on your Linux box, right click your /home directory and click SHARE.

P.S. - I'm a total n00b to networking so I could be wrong!
