Help Regarding Triband Connection......

Hello Everybody,
I Have ADSL Triband Connection with one static IP. But from last few days i am getting one problem. Internet stops working at any time and when i ping to my static IP from Outside I get reply like "Time to live exceeded" and 100% loss. But if i restarts modem at the same time within few minutes (2-3 min) Internet starts working. I don't know where is exact problem. In my modem or in my telephone connection. I have D-link ADSL 502T modem.

Please Help me.

Regards,
Pushpraj
