grub problem


hello all,
i have linux and windows in my computer,
it was working fine but now it is creating problem
and that is...
when starting the computer a screen is displayed which had a prompt like
Grub>
and i am nothing to do for this,now how can remove this so that my computer will go fine as past.
please help me

What Linux distro do you have - and do you still have the install CD ???.

Do you need to get Windows operational quickly, and do you still have the install CD ???.

Yes i want to run windows as before and also I have the Cds
