Getting Samba 2.x to work with Windows NT

Currently doing up a samba server with apache and possibly, a mail server. After which it would coexist with the NT machine. I have never found a detailed enough article about it, is that because it's really simple to do so or is my google-ing skills getting bad?

Anyway, the NT is now using a domain while my test lab is using the Samba as a workgroup instead. Any complications?

The easiest thing to do is have your Samba server authenticate user access against the NT domain. You can do this with the security = server option but the security = domain option is much more efficient. This makes your Samba server a member of the NT domain.
