Question Fedora 4: Samba running but nmblookup doesn't work and can't see in windows

Just installed Fedora Core 4 and trying to get samba to work. I can ping and access the web server on the Fedora machine from windows.

When I run nmblookup MACHINENAME, I get "name_query failed to find name MACHINENAME"

Any ideas?
