Ftp Passive mode won't "ls" on my FC3 box

Using Fedora Core 3, Firewall with open ports for FTP/SSH, SELINUX enabled, "ip_conntrack_ftp" is in iptables-config, vsftpd

I just logged into this server using ftp with no problem. When I try "ls", it just sits there. I kill it, login via ftp again, turn off passive mode, and it works.

Does anyone know why this is occurring and how I can fix it?

Thanks!
