the problem is we cannot able to receive any emails, but we can send emails.

I had verified to our ISP that they are not blocking any ports, so I think the problem is in our firewall or the mail server.

actually you needs to configure Source NAT to forward your mail to your mail server on private IP Address. To do this first, you needs to configure your router to forward your mail traffic to the your pfsense and then configure iptables on pfsense to forward your traffic to your mail server.

I require following information before resolving your issue.

1.What is your router's LAN IP address?
2.What is WAN IP Address of your pfsense?
3.Which router are you using?
4. Does your Router support Firewall or port forwarding ?

routers ip is 222.127.x.x
