Dual Wan Router with Squid

We have an RV402 router with dual WAN and wanted to use it for load balancing. My problem is how to setup the RV042 with squid proxy. Currently, our setup is transparent proxy with a single internet connection. (2 NICs)

Network - Squid Proxy - Internet Modem 1

What I'm thinking of is something like this :

Code:
 Internet1 Internet2
       | |
         RV042
           |
         Switch
        | |
    Network Squid
The network, squid and RV042 are in the same switch.

Assuming the network is 192.168.1.0, the proxy is .1.3, so I put a static ip address at the RV042 as .1.4.

I used proxy squid transparent routing and routed the traffic to the RV042 (.1.4). (NAT/IPtables)

The internet connections has its own static IP addresses which I also encoded in the router.

I can ping both static internet address but can't access their gateways. (so no internet)

I can't understand why the (HTTP) request aren't redirected to the Internet.

I know I'm missing something here or doing it wrong, any ideas please ?

Thanks.
