Question linux dual wan proxy / router?

Hi,

I am looking for information on how to do the following:

I have a openSUSE 10.3 system, I want to turn this into a
transparent proxy system. However I want to make it
a multi-wan (2 different Internet connection) environment.
If one link goes down the other will be used.

Is this possible, I figure there must be some way as
systems like pfSense can do it?

Thanks,

Ward
