Double download speed with 2 DSL lines?

Is it possible to double your download speed by combining two DSL lines at once on the same Linux box?

only if both DSL lines are trunked into a DSU, which effectivly makes them one line. they would have to be installed by your provider in this fasion, and frankly, ive never seen this done with DSL lines (only T1s and greater).

I don't think that would be possible that I know of... I think if it was then companies providing DSL would capitalize on it. Hey! I would pay extra for speed. This has been tried through analog/modem connections but never successfull.

You have to think. Does crashing 2 suns together double light speed?
