Unhappy DNS question

HI all!
I run on one of my computers Apache server. This computer is part of the mydomain.com. NS servers are provided by zoneedit.com. My question is:
I want to make this computer a master name server for my LAN, using a fake domain like example.org...
Can I do it keeping the main function of this computer as web server for mydomain.com but making it master name server for example.org?
If yes, how?

Thanks a lot

Yes, you can set up virtual hosts in Apache using webmin or just editing the Apache configuration files.

Use namebased virtual hosting like described in the Apache Virtual Host documentation [Apache 1.3] or in the Apache Virtual Host documentation [Apache 2.0].

It is mostly same for both versions!
