disconnecting shared internet

I have a Win XP computer that connects to the internet through a dial up connection and shares the internet to the other computers on my network. Does anybody know of a way to get the Win XP computer to disconnect from the internet from a computer running Mandrake 10.0? The other computer is in the basement and it is very annoying to go down there or use VNC to disconnect fromt the internet.
