Cluster: can access one node from another but not from head

I have a cluster of several nodes (head, n0, n1, n2, etc.). It was working fine until some power outage when the whole cluster went down. All the nodes are back up and running but one (n3) is working strange:

I can access n3 using SSH from n0, n1, n2, n5
I cannot access n3 from head node.
I can access n0, n1, n2, n5 and the other nodes from the head node.

All the nodes and head are connected to the same switch. I have tried to switch the cables around without any success.

Anyone has any idea how I can debug this?

I am not sure how your cluster is built, however, ssh with '-v' might give you some clue.
