Clients BandWidth Calculation


Hello.
I wanna ask is there any mechanism in Squid or Linux itself by which i can calculate how much bandwidth each client is using.
so that at the end of the day i can calculate amount of bandwidth used by each client and calculate bill for them.

if it can be done in any other OS or server please also refer that
