Question How to control the bandwidth by clients' MAC address(in REdHat 7.2)?

Hi all,

I wanna do some simple control of connection bandwidth.
The gateway server is: RedHat 7.2+DHCP+Squid+Iptables. That means my clients in LAN go to internet through this gateway server. Now I need to do some controlling on their connection.
But I checked "TC" tool manual. I can't find anything related with MAC address. Because you know, I have to do that by MAC, since we are using DHCP server to distribute dynamic IP address.

Would you please give me some guide?
Thank you so much
