Changing the port on my wuftp machine

I'm using RH 7.2 with wu-ftpd and I'm behind two firewalls, my schools and my own. I have to set my ftp port above a certain number to get past the admin reserved ports (if I'm to access it from outside of the building) and I don't know how to do this. I also have maximum security on my own firewall and was wondering, if I chose port X, do I have to specify that in my firewall config?

i.e.
#setup
firewall configuration
custom
select eth0 and ftp as trusted devices and specify port X here?
save and exit.

Is there a way to do this in a type of firewall config file?

This way I can get above the typical 21 and out of the range of the network admin's reserved ports.

Thanks,

Jay
