Question Changing machine name in FC3

I recently uograded my FC2 box to FC3. When I set the box up, I left the machine name as localhost, because at the time, I thought I wouldn't be running Samba or other network apps. Well, I was wrong, but I'm too new at this to know where to look. What do I need to do to change the machine name to something other than localhost? I've installed Samba, but not surprisingly, it doesn't work. I'd like to change the name before I run the Apache installation script.

TIA,
akempo

I think the hostname is stored in the file /etc/hostname

You may need to restart the computer for the changes to take effect, though.

Use system-config-network to change hostname.

Thumbs up

That worked, now I just have to figure out how to configure Samba to let my Windows machine read from it, I can already access my Windows box from my Linux box...

Thank you!
