CentOS bnx2
Im having an issue with bnx2 on my CentOS 5.6, I am able to assign initial IP address, but if I try to restart network, I get SIOCSIFFLAGS: Device or resource busy
I have disabled secondary network interface, PnP is nowhere to be found in BIOS. Any ideas on whats causing it?
Logs show:
kernel: bnx2: fw sync timeout, reset code = 1030008
I tried to unload/load bnx2 module, but it did not fix the issue:
kernel: bnx2: fw sync timeout, reset code = 1030006
kernel: bnx2: fw sync timeout, reset code = 1030009
kernel: bnx2: fw sync timeout, reset code = 103000c
# uname -r
2.6.18-238.9.1.el5
I also tried older versions of kernel without luck.
