Question canonical name ?

I am getting this error in the mail logs:

"Unable to get canonical name of client 192.168.0.25: Host name lookup failure (2)"

I can't send mail from MS Outlook or Eudora, I can however send messages from pine and read them from any windows or Linux mail clients.

Thanks for your reply, I really appreciate it.

I got the DNS working but now I can't send mail using windows MSOutlook or Eudora, but I can do this with webmin or pine withing the server itself. It seems like qmail is not taking external connections.
