Bastion Host

Dear All,

I administer a Windows (Ugh!) network for my company and we have the following needs:

1) SMTP Gateway for Exchange 2003 with virus and spam filtering. (we have outgrown IIS6).
2) VPN Server (clients must authenticate agains our AD).
3) Firewall/Content Filter with user access controls (must allow MS DNS lookup and OWA to pass through unmolested).

I have used several projects such as smoothwall, sendmail and a VPN server that I cannot remember the name of separately but the time has come for me to put them all together. I am still a relative newbie (two years of red hat and Suse) but I do have a little time to play around with the concept.

I would appreciate any advice at all on any matter.

Thanks,

Geoffrix - May the sky not fall on your heads!
