Apache - When anonymous users surfs your site, they are using "nobody" credentials?

Hi,

Let's say apache is set up on a linux system.

An anonymous surfer reached your site and surf. This anonymous guy is using the "nobody" credentials in the Linux system, am I right to say so?

I believe the UID of this "nobody" varies on different systems? Is there a definite way of grabbing this "nobody" UID?

Please advise.

Thanks and regards,
Steven.

This should do the job:
Code:
cat /etc/passwd|grep nobody
