allow access Skype on firewall without having to unlock all doors to above 1024

I have to allow user of my network for acess and use Skype but I can not open all above 1024 door, becouse skype use a random UDP door above 1024 someone had this problem or now some way to do this ?

I don't see where skype "randomizes" connections.
It's not in the windows or linux setttings.
You can specfically set the port skype uses under
Linux: Options->Advanced->Connection
Windows: Tools->Advanced->Connection
Set any port you want, as long as it doesn't conflict with other services(can be below 1000).
Then, open skype on your firewall (or use UPNP).
