Lightbulb Active directory users to Samba users

Hello,
I've joined in a Active Directory Domain correctly and when I type "wbinfo -u" or "-g" I recieve the complete list of AD users. But ,now, I want that these users became Samba users and when a user in AD is modified , the correspondent Samba user is modified too. I've tried with "getent" but it doesn't make what I want.
(I haven't configured PAM or Nsswitch)
Please help me!!!!!!!!!
