2 External Nic, 1 Internal Nic Router Problem

I have FC2 with 3 network cards.
ETH0 - IP: 10.0.0.1 mask 255.255.0.0
ETH1 - IP: 64.81.151.230 mask 255.255.255.224
ETH2 - IP: 65.106.51.179 mask 255.255.255.240
DEFAULT GATEWAY 64.81.151.225

The ETH0 is intended to be NAT'd out via ETH1.

From a remote machine, I can ping the 64.81.151.230 IP. However, if I ping the 65.106.51.179, it does not respond. If I change the default GW to 65.106.51.177, then the 65.106.51.179 responds to a ping but not the 64.81.151.230 IP. I have tried for days to get the IPTABLES and route to allow both the ETH1 & ETH2 interfaces to respond to a ping and I just can figure out how. Can someone help?
Thanks,
Kevin
