2 External Nic, 1 Internal Nic Router Problem

I have FC2 with 3 network cards.
ETH0 - IP: mask
ETH1 - IP: mask
ETH2 - IP: mask

The ETH0 is intended to be NAT'd out via ETH1.

From a remote machine, I can ping the IP. However, if I ping the, it does not respond. If I change the default GW to, then the responds to a ping but not the IP. I have tried for days to get the IPTABLES and route to allow both the ETH1 & ETH2 interfaces to respond to a ping and I just can figure out how. Can someone help?
