Sorry I sent you to the wrong location. Control Centre--> Startup Applications. You add applications you want to autostart there. If you installed radiotray_0.64_all.deb you get asked on the first run how you want the app to appear. If you choose as a notification icon, it shows in the systray and auto loads the next time you log in. Other than that you can add it in startup applications.
Click Add. Give the application a Name. In the Command box put radiotray. Finally click Add then click Close. Test by logging out, then log back in again.
This is the same procedure for any application that you want to autostart.
Just a side note - I noticed that you edited the subject and manually inserted *solved* into the subject line; You don't need to do this. At the top of the page, use the thread tools to mark your thread as solved.
