A comment about Amarok in Mint 7

Hi all.
I've been using Amarok for some time.
When I loaded Mint 7 and down loaded Amarok I was shocked.
"enhancements to the point of non-usability".
I listen to classical music while working.
I have 4 sources

1. my record collection
2. www.1.fm.com
3. www.classicalwebcast.com
4. www.wcpe,org.

Until this version of Amarok setting up a playlist from these sources was quite straightforward.

But now; Whew! I would appreciate comments as to why these changes were made, so I can understand and use the program more efficiently.

Thanks

You are not very clear on how the settings have changed to make it unusable?

I found the whole process to setup my playList from the various sources I listed much more complicated. Once setup it seems to work ok. I do miss the small box that gave a stream of what was playing and showed the signal graphically.

I know I haven't gone in much detail but just say I found it much more difficult to build my playlist.

Thanks for your response.

Odd. Prior to installing Mint 7, I was using SuSE 11.1 as my day-to-day system, which also has Amarok, and I found Mint's implementation much more straightforward than SuSE's.

I have had no issues with it, in other words.

What, specifically, is the problem you're having?
