i'm thinking about buying a nokia n800, but haven't been able to find info about 2 key issues:
1. is there yet a stable pim out there? i saw a kde port, but don't really want to mess with the standard maemo interface if i can help it.
2. can the pim (if it exists) sync with a linux desktop?
this seems like such a no-brainer for a linux platform that's now been around for a while, i'm surprised that i can't find it...

I suppose that's true . Glad it worked out, and welcome to the N800 club.
