I'm looking to install SLED 10 on a Toshiba Satellite P100-188 (PSP-A3E) with Geforce 7600 256MB, 1GB RAM, Core Duo.
The main issue I have had is with support for the nVidia card. Toshiba seem to have made specific changes to the Windows drivers to control the fan.
Has anyone successfully, for a reasonable amount of time, had SLED 10 running on similar hardware? Also issues with the Conexant HD Audio while I remember.
Did you install nvidia's graphics and any other drivers they provide? What chipset is the board using? Did they do some kind of n-force style tweaking?
So that's a no you didn't try downloading any of nvidia's drivers?
Check the nvidia website, can't be sure that it's broken until your using their driver.
