Why not try using ndiswrapper? You use this to instal the windows drivers.
That is how i got my wireless card working. Google 'ndiswapper' for more information

Yep, you will need the drivers from dell.
http://ftp.us.dell.com/network/R115321.EXE

Download the drivers to your linux box (If you can) and use unzip to extract the files from the executable file, or boot up Linux and copy over the driver folder from your windows partition (I keep all of my Dell drivers unziped in My Documents).

I don't use Fedora, but I'm sure it has a ndiswrapper package of some sort.

Once you get the drivers unzipped to your linux box, make sure that the files in the subfolder (R115321/drivers) are copied over to the main folder R115321. Ndiswrapper states that it is good to have ALL files including the .inf .sys, etc located in the subfolder put in with all of the other files in the main directory.

Then follow the instructions here: http://ndiswrapper.sourceforge.net/m...Windows_driver
