I still have mine, which runs a fairly vanilla Trisquel-mini 7.0 installation.

My 700 series only has a 2 gig SSD and a half gig of RAM, so it's more of a fun project, but I was able to get modern Trisquel core on it and a nice if succinct collection of command line programs. I need to keep my files on the SD card or a flash drive, but it has a lot of fun "shock value" when I take it out in public and I don't worry about anyone trying to steal it.
