Knoppix boot-up hangs on Tecra8000
I have successfully booted Knoppix all the way the hell up from this exact same CD (I mean like PHYSICALLY the same disc, not just same image) on an old creaky Tecra 550CDT. Now here's my Tecra8000, which boots Win98 from hard disk, and it's given me this so far

And it's been stopped there for like twenty minutes already. Is something wrong, or does it really take this long? I don't remember the 550CDT taking this long to boot from the CD.
