Kernel 2.6.15.3 on Slackware 10.2
I'm using Slackware 10.1 (which i update using slackware-current packages, so it can be considered 10.2) and i'm trying to install kernel 2.6.15.3 from Slackware repository, but after i installed the kernel and configuring the initrd and lilo, i restarted the laptop and when i choose to boot using the new kernel, it stopped when running the hotplug service.
I have installed the latest glibc, gcc, and all the required packages, but still no luck
Any suggestion to prevent this?
My last 2.6 kernel which is working up to now is 2.6.13
NB: my laptop is Acer TravelMate 4150NLCi
Thanks
