Sorry, turns out powersave is a SuSE specific command, didn't realize that. Looks like the folks over at RH took swsusp out of their kernels b/c it wasn't very stable.

You could revert to a 2.6.9 kernel with full acpi support, or try another distro, but it seems that fc3 isn't adopting swsusp anytime soon. That website has some great instructions though (about 2/3 of the way down is a step-by-step to get it running)
Looks like a lot of work, but it'll probably be worth it. SuSE actually worked with Suspend to Disk and Suspend to RAM (that part really surprised me!!) right out of the box.
