i mean wow! i never dreamed this combo would be so mature. i installed familiar + opie yesterday on my ipaq and it works great. only glitch was that i couldn´t make a backup of my wince (i tried to copy it to my mac via usb&bt with missing sync, but it didn´t work. smaller files move fine). well, i won´t be going back so it doesn´t matter.
if you are into linux and happen to have ipaq, go ahead. some of the documentation is oldish, and ipkg feeds were pointing to old servers. but you can find the correct ones from opie website.
so, i followed the instructions and installed bluez and gprs works fine with it. so far the only weird thing is that konqueror doesn´t display pictures. i´ll have to look into that.
just wanted to say that both the familiar team and opien team have done some fantastic work. i hope i can contribute some day (gotta learn the basics first, i´m pretty green to linux)
