Bluetooth in Acer AspireOne D260

I just got my self an Acer AspireOne D260 earlier, and I'm having bit some problem on it...

Earlier, I accidentally disabled the Bluetooth by pressed Fn+F3 keys...and now the bluetooth icon on the panel is gone...and when I tried to go to Bluetooth in System section, it doesn't detect my Bluetooth at all.

My Wireless and Bluetooth is Fn+F3 keys, which works fine in the Windows 7 Starter, but not in Ubuntu netbook remix.

Any solution to this? I don't want to use Windows 7 starter edition

Also, is there any indicator for Caps Lock, Num, etc like the "Launch Manager" in Windows? Thanks
