GatesDaemon LQ Newbie Registered: Nov 2004 Location: Pakistan Distribution: Redhat, Mandrake Posts: 3 Rep:	Acer TravelMate 250 VGA Problem Dear All, I am new to linux, i installed Redhat 9 on my Acer TravelMate 250 Laptop. The VGA card was detected 852 (the correct version) but the monitor is unprobed. I am having Intel 82852/82855 GM/GME Graphix Controller. Everything is running smoothly, but when i shutdown the machine it displays flickering dotted lines on the screen while shutting down the daemons. It seems dangerous to me. plz help me out. waiting for your kind support. Regards,
