transfer from debian to knoppix

hi,

I have developed application on debian , used directfb for gui, kernel 2.6.11.8.

but when i want to prepare a live cd using knoppix , i am able to see only half part of the gui of my application.

can anyone help me, how can i will be able to see the whole screen.
