Unhappy linux driver "Beyond-end write (0 4096)"


Hi all,
I have written sample linux block driver.
when i tried to read or write data, i am getting below error and data is not read/write properly.
plz help to understand "Beyond-end write (0 4096)" and solution for this

It seems that you try to write beyond the device end (beyond the area that is set in the size fields of device structure). Start from making sure you initialize your values correctly and that you initialize the driver below correctly.
