kernel panic


kernel panic- no syncing- attempted to kill init in RHEL 4.4 and sytem not booting what is the solution ?

With the amount of information you gave us there is no solution. Have you made any changes to the machine?
Why don't you call the Red Hat support? I assume that you are on a Extended LifeCycle support plan, since you are still using RHEL 4.
