Kernal Error


HI ,

Can anybody pls tell me how to FIX below Warning messages on Virtual host RHEL 5-64bit

# dmesg |grep -i warning
WARNING calibrate_APIC_clock: the APIC timer calibration may be wrong

Spell your words out. And did you try to look this up?? Google has plenty, and it's been reported (and fixed) on RedHat's knowledgebase:

https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=562006

If you paid for RHEL support, you can download the patch/fix for it. If you didn't, not much you can do, aside from PAYING for RHEL (which you should, if you're using it), or using CentOS instead.
