Wireless LAN on the Acer Aspire 5002
I set up Fedora Core 5 on my Acer Aspire 5002 Laptop, and everything works great except 2 things. The most major problem is the wireless adapter built in to the laptop. It isn't initially recognized by Fedora. It uses some of the latest Broadcom chipsets. I have found numerous sites on the web mentioning the use of ndiswrapper and the windows drivers, however, The first instruction when followed results in an error for me, could someone break down the instructions a bit more, from what ndiswrapper's website lists? I am an intermediate linux user at best and I get the feeling I am just confusing the instructions.
The other problem I am having is with the music player built into fedora 5, it gives a codec error when trying to play mp3's.
