Hi ..

Does anyone know how to enable DRI ?



I have
(1) P450 ,a computer with voodoo3 , c-media sound card
(2) P800 , voodoo5 , sound blaster live

The voodoo 5 is suppose to be the best between them but the voodoo 5 one prove to be the most problemistic , d3d driver in window is crapy.

the voodoo 5 one has glxgear of 150~200 fps
voodoo 3 have around 400~500 fps

just like the dri's user guide

direct rendering enable

glxinfo

direct rendering : NO <----- how is this possible ??

anyone know how to get this entry to yes ?

In the DRI's web site it mention that we have to enable the master bus, this is what I did

check again:

0003 <---- still

went to bios to change it but can't fins anything about master bus enable thing <--- what is it called ?

PS. just for comparision .... my voodoo3 machine have the "0003" output as well but when I did the same script the thing still give me a 0003 output =*(
