Vista and Debian

Ok, so I have 2 HD's in my box. Debian picks up the Vista HD, it shows up in the grub loader, and it also shows up in 'Computer' from the desktop. Only problem is... i cant view it from Debian. When i try to open it up, i get the following error:

libhal-storage.c 1401 : info: called libhal_free_dbus_error but dbuserror was not set.

process 8712: applications must not close shared connections - see dbus_connection_close() docs. this is a bug in the application.

error: device /dev/hdb1 is not removable

error: could not execute pmount

I dont understand. heh

I think this is an issue with reading/writing ntfs. I generally don't use ntfs, so I'm not all that familiar with it. On a friend's computer, I set up read/write ntfs using "automatix2"...see this link.

can you try adding the line:

/dev/hdb1

in /etc/pmount.allow

and restart
