Unhappy USB modem

HI
This is my first thread in this forum
My question is how to start WebStar Cable Modem throughout the USB on Slackware 10
i have loaded the modules but..nothing happend
Also sorry for my bad english

Google search finds 95 help pages on that USB modem.

There is a HOWTO also for it.

the problem is that i read all in google
I have loaded the modules for usbnet
then i type
dmesg | less
ifconfig
and everything i found in google
but..nothing

Then I suggest you contact the people who have used that USB and ask them for help. They might if your nice when asking.

FYI - USB is still in the beta stage in linux. Thats why there are issues with it still.
