USB Hot Plug Problems...


Hi all,
I Installed Fedora1 In my System.I have a Usb Pen Drive(512MB)
When I Plug In It is not recognizing.....actually
Iam Fresher in Linux Pls tell How to check and How to add......

once it is pluged, type "dmesg". In the last few lines, you should have something like "found new USB drive, at device sda1" (or whatever the message, I don't have an usb drive to try right now).
All you have to do then is to mount it (as root) :
mount /dev/sda1 /mnt/where/you/want/it
