Unwanted shutdown occurs

Hi all
I have a problem with my server, which is an HP Proliant G5, 2 quad core CPU, with 8 GB of RAM and 8 SAS 72 gb HDD. It has two redundant power supply, and I have put it in a datacenter which has two power supply, one from UPS and the other one is from a separate line. So there must be no reason about cutting power supply.
But this machine goes to shutdown without any halt or shutdown command. There is no attack on it (I changed the root password several times), no power saving schema (I have disabled all of power savings in Yast).
The server runs SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 10 SP1 (x86_64).
Here is the log file for /var/log/messages:
Code:

No, I prefer to solve the problem, not cleaning it!
