Trouble using my HP LaserJet 4L with Redhat 9

Hi,

I've trouble with my printer, a HP Laserjet 4L with Redhat 9. earlier I had installed SuSE 8.2, where it worked ... but now my System-tool "Printing" doesn't even read the info which kind of printer it is (If I click on "auto choose driver" (I'm using the german version of Redhat .. I don't know how this button is called in english)). And even if I choose the driver manualy, the printer doesn't even get a signal ... If I test the printer with "Printing", the message I get is (jep, it is english *g*) "lpr: unable to print file: server-error-service-unavailable" ...

has somebody an idea how to fix that?
