Taking brands into consideration when buying a graphics card

I'm going to go out and buy a new graphica card for my pc as at present I have an intigrated chip that doesnt support opengl so I want something better. I am going to be getting a NVIDIA Geforce FX 5200.

I will be purchasing the card from one of these two websites:

ebuyer.com/customer/products/index.html?rb=14527297697&action=UFNQcm9kdWN0U2VhcmNoUmVzdWx0cw==&subcat_uid=666&order=ASC&order_col =sell_price&show=stock

and

scan.co.uk/Products/Products.asp?CatID=15&Category=Graphics+Cards&ThumbNails=Yes&FilterCategories=263&FilterManufacturer s=&FilterMinPrice=&FilterMaxPrice=&FilterKeywords

What is confusing my is that multiple brands make them. I understand that they all have the same chip in them. However do I need to be wary about which brand I choose when using it under Linux or does it not matter with them all using the same driver. its just there is a little different in price between one made by Aopen and one made by XFX.

So is there anything I need to be wary of then?

Michael

The nvidia driver will work with all the 5200 nvidia chipsets, regardless of card manufacturer, I used to have a XFX 5200 which ran without problems on my Slack system
